Another title for this piece might have been, “More Questions Than Answers.” What is that cottage-cheese-like stuff splattered randomly about? Why did someone paint this window and how much light does it shut out? When was the last time someone used this door? Or, as Tom Waits might ask, “What the hell is he building in there?” And finally, of course, what is up with that monstrous paint drip?
