Paradise Paved

I like to think that the people responsible for these delightful concrete patterns on the top level of a parking garage at the University of California Davis Medical Center were not only concerned with the safety of future generations but were also artists who realized their work would charm at least a few passersby. I love the way time and tires have worked the white paint.
