I’m A Little Bit Country, A Little Bit OCD

Something happened after this white street-crossing bar was painted on this Sacramento State University road. It wasn’t something that happens very often, either, because I returned a couple of years later and found this scene essentially unchanged.

Clearly, whoever turned this utility cover some years ago lives with a lower level of OCD than I do.
